These Terms of Use explain the rules and limitations that apply when you use HomeCanvas and related services.

Acceptance
By using HomeCanvas, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The HomeCanvas Service
HomeCanvas helps users plan rooms, review AI-assisted product recommendations, compare catalog products, explore design options, save plans, manage shopping lists, and coordinate home setup tasks. Features may change over time.
AI-Assisted Recommendations
HomeCanvas recommendations, budget estimates, room guidance, visual concepts, and project suggestions are informational planning aids. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your specific home. You are responsible for reviewing measurements, safety, quality, suitability, and purchase decisions.
Products, Pricing, and Availability
Product information may come from HomeCanvas-owned catalogs, approved feeds, supplier integrations, or other permitted sources. Prices, availability, delivery estimates, ratings, returns, warranties, and supplier terms may change and should be confirmed with the applicable retailer, vendor, or supplier before purchase.
Third-Party Retailers and Suppliers
HomeCanvas may support affiliate retailers, direct furniture retailers, local businesses, manufacturers, distributors, marketplaces, and other approved suppliers. When checkout occurs on a third-party site, that third party controls the final transaction terms unless HomeCanvas expressly states otherwise.
Outbound Links and Compensation
Some outbound product or supplier links may be compensated links, referral links, direct partner links, marketplace links, or sponsored placements when approved and disclosed. HomeCanvas does not imply that every supplier compensates HomeCanvas, and organic recommendations should remain distinct from sponsored or paid placement.
Accounts and Saved Content
Some features may require an account or saved workspace. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the accuracy of content you provide, including planner inputs, feedback, saved designs, project tasks, and shopping selections.
User-Submitted Content
If you submit feedback, planner data, design choices, room details, or other content, you authorize HomeCanvas to use that content to provide, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to provide.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse HomeCanvas, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, scrape or abuse catalog data, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service to violate laws or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
HomeCanvas, the application design, software, HomeCanvas-owned catalog structures, and related materials are owned by Savyron Labs LLC or its licensors. Third-party products, supplier names, trademarks, and content remain owned by their respective owners.
Service Availability and Changes
HomeCanvas may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Certain supplier, rendering, account, saving, or shopping features may be limited or unavailable depending on configuration, eligibility, and service conditions.
Third-Party Transactions
HomeCanvas is not the seller of products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, vendors, or suppliers unless expressly stated. Third-party transactions are between you and the applicable third party, and their policies may govern payment, shipping, taxes, warranties, returns, customer service, and disputes.
Disclaimers and Limitation Concepts
HomeCanvas is provided for planning and informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, HomeCanvas disclaims warranties not expressly provided and is not responsible for third-party supplier actions, product defects, pricing changes, delivery issues, returns, warranties, or final purchasing decisions.
