HomeCanvas Legal
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HomeCanvas, operated by Savyron Labs LLC, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the HomeCanvas website and services.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Information You Provide
HomeCanvas may collect information you enter into the planner, including home type, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, selected rooms, furniture needs, style preferences, color and wall-color choices, lifestyle preferences, budget, and store preferences.
If you save a plan, create a workspace, use Favorites or Shopping List, submit feedback, request a save link, or contact us, we may collect the content you provide, such as name, email address, phone number if supplied, feedback text, saved products, selected supplier offers, room design versions, mood boards, inspiration collections, and project or task progress.
Account Information
If you create or use an account, HomeCanvas may collect account information such as your email address, name, authentication provider identifier, account status, and related timestamps.
When authentication is provided by a third-party service, that provider may process sign-in information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Usage, Device, and Browser Information
HomeCanvas may collect information about how the service is used, such as pages or features viewed, products interacted with, planner events, saved-plan activity, recommendation actions, shopping-list actions, and general diagnostic information.
Requests to HomeCanvas may include device, browser, app version, client-generated identifiers, request identifiers, authorization tokens when signed in, IP address, endpoint activity, and operational metadata needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the service.
Browser Storage
HomeCanvas uses browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage to support features like anonymous sessions, saved-plan continuity, product comparison, pending account actions, shopping sessions, continuity data, and user interface preferences.
You can usually clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing storage may remove local saved state or require you to sign in again.
Retailer, Supplier, and Outbound Interactions
When you open an outbound product, retailer, supplier, or partner link, HomeCanvas may record interaction information such as product id, supplier offer id, supplier id, retailer or store name, category, price when available, source page, planner or recommendation context, and outbound URL.
Retailers, suppliers, marketplaces, and partners may collect information from you after you leave HomeCanvas. Their pricing, availability, delivery, warranty, return, and transaction terms are controlled by those third parties unless HomeCanvas clearly states otherwise.
How We Use Information
HomeCanvas uses information to provide and improve room planning, product recommendations, design-studio experiences, saved workspaces, shopping lists, budget summaries, project timelines, account ownership, product discovery, support, diagnostics, fraud and abuse prevention, service reliability, and partner-link attribution.
HomeCanvas may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage, improve recommendations, and maintain service quality.
Sharing and Service Providers
HomeCanvas may share information with service providers that help operate the service, such as hosting, database, authentication, diagnostics, catalog, rendering, communication, and security providers.
HomeCanvas may also share information when needed to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent misuse, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Security
HomeCanvas uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including backend-only configuration for sensitive provider credentials and controls around authentication and service access.
No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal, financial, health, or government-identification information into HomeCanvas planning, design, or feedback fields.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide HomeCanvas, maintain security, fulfill legitimate business and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, how it is used, whether an account or saved workspace exists, and whether continued retention is needed for security, legal, operational, or support reasons.
Your Choices
You may choose not to create an account, not to save plans, not to submit feedback, and not to open outbound retailer or supplier links. Some features may be limited without account or saved workspace functionality.
You may contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion requests related to information associated with your HomeCanvas account or use of the service. Applicable rights may vary by location.
Children's Privacy
HomeCanvas is intended for household planning by adults and is not directed to children. Users should not submit personal information about children beyond general household planning preferences, such as whether kid-friendly furniture should be prioritized.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as HomeCanvas changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date when appropriate.
